UK Delivery
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24, a fully tracked next-working-day service.

Dispatch times: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM, or on a Wednesday, weekend or bank holiday, are dispatched on the next dispatch day.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail International Tracked services.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include time spent in customs clearance, which varies by country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable on or before delivery they are not included in your order total at checkout.
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office if you would like an estimate of any charges before ordering. We are unable to reimburse customs fees, and orders refused at customs due to unpaid charges may be subject to deduction of return shipping costs from any refund.
All international shipments include full customs documentation and are declared accurately at the order value. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or declare a lower value.
Delivery Issues
Missing or delayed parcels: If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at sales@outdoorphotographygear.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail. For UK orders, please allow 10 working days from dispatch before we can declare a parcel lost; for international orders, please allow 25 working days.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery additional postage charges may apply.
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
