Delivery to Flats/Apartments

Due to recent events and an increase in claims we will no longer deliver to flats/apartments.
As a small business we rely on honest claims for non delivery, which we honour. Unfortunately we have a had a number of claims where Royal Mail have failed to obtain signatures on delivery. Rather than leave a card for collection from the post office we understand they have left the packs in mail boxes, 'helping the customer'. This failing leaves us in a position of having to credit the goods with the customer not giving us the opportunity to re-deliver the items.
We apologise for this, but as a small business we are unable to sustain losses on this sort of claim/issue.
